Medical weight loss at Ashara is physician-guided and built from your labs, history and body composition rather than a fixed diet. A plan may include nutritional support, lifestyle measures, and prescription options when clinically appropriate.

What to expect
The program starts with an evaluation and InBody analysis. Your plan is reviewed and adjusted over time. Prescription options are considered only when your Ashara provider determines they are appropriate for you.

Ashara's Medical Weight Loss program is medically guided and individualized. The program begins with an evaluation that may include body-composition analysis and other relevant information. Medication options and dosing, when appropriate, are determined by your Ashara naturopathic doctor based on clinical evaluation and eligibility.

Initial monthly program pricing starts at $349. Subsequent monthly pricing may vary based on medication, dosage, clinical response, and individualized treatment recommendations.

An Ashara team member will contact you to coordinate scheduling and, when applicable, complete any required consultation, screening, and clinical eligibility review.
