Refund policy

All sales are final. Ashara Health & Wellness does not issue refunds on prepaid services or service packages. This includes unused sessions within a package.

If you are not clinically eligible. Every service is provided under medical supervision. If our clinical team determines a service is not appropriate for you, the amount you paid stays on your account as a credit toward another Ashara service of equal value. It is not refunded.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule an appointment by calling the clinic. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
