What it is
IV therapy delivers nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion. Formulas are selected by your Ashara provider based on your evaluation rather than chosen from a menu.

What to expect
A session takes 30–60 minutes seated, with a small IV placed in the arm. Some formulas produce a brief warm flush or a taste of vitamins — both are normal.
