What it is
Hormone care begins with context. Symptoms such as fatigue, disrupted sleep and cognitive changes can have several causes, so testing and history come before any plan is written. Hormone care is not a one-time prescription.

What to expect
Your visit starts with history and selected laboratory testing. When clinically appropriate, a plan may include lifestyle measures, nutritional support, or prescription options. Care is monitored over time with symptom review, repeat testing and adjustment.

What you're purchasing
Hormone Optimization begins with an individualized evaluation rather than a predetermined treatment plan. Your Ashara naturopathic doctor reviews relevant health information and determines whether hormone-focused care is appropriate and what treatment approach, if any, should be considered.

$150 per month — a $339 value. Hormonal supplements are not included. Today's payment covers your first month. Your program begins after your evaluation, once medical clearance is approved.
