What it is
The Ashara Experience is a single visit built to introduce the Ashara approach: a clinical deep dive with your provider, InBody body-composition analysis, a 60-minute hyperbaric oxygen session, and your choice of IV.

Plan for roughly three hours. Your provider will walk you through what each part is doing and what, if anything, is worth following up on.
