What it is
Acupuncture at Ashara is pattern-based. Fine sterile needles are placed at points chosen through pulse, tongue and history rather than a fixed protocol, so two people with the same complaint may be treated differently.

What to expect
Your first visit includes an intake and pulse diagnosis. Needles stay in for 20–30 minutes while you rest. Most people feel a dull heaviness at the points rather than sharpness.

What you're purchasing
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that uses very thin needles placed at specific points on the body. At Ashara, each session is individualized based on your consultation and the treatment approach selected by your practitioner.

Package expiration: 12 months from date of purchase. No extensions are allowed.
